PCMCs - Course Overview

The PCMC stream at Shridevi PU College is tailored for students who are passionate about technology, problem-solving and innovation. By integrating Computer Science with core Science subjects, this stream prepares students for a future in Engineering, Computer Applications, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Robotics and IT-related fields.

With expert faculty, modern computer labs and hands-on training, students gain both theoretical knowledge and practical skills that make them future-ready. Along with excelling in their board exams, PCMC students are also guided for competitive exams like JEE, CET and various national-level engineering entrance tests.

Subjects Offered:

Physics / Chemistry / Mathematics / Computer Science

Languages: English (compulsory) + Kannada / Hindi (as per student choice)

Eligibility

  • Students who have successfully completed their SSLC / 10th Standard / Equivalent Examination recognized by the Government of Karnataka or any other recognized board are eligible to apply for admission.
  • Admission is granted based on academic performance in Class 10 and the rules prescribed by the Karnataka Pre-University Board.
  • A keen interest in Mathematics, Technology and Problem-Solving is encouraged for students opting for PCMC.
  • Intake: 80 Students | Duration: 2 Years
